Pretty In Pink: Monochromatic Makeup

If you're looking to add a subtle wash of colour to your everyday makeup routine, why not try creating a monochromatic makeup look using pink? Not only is pink such a pretty colour for spring/summer makeup looks, it’s very flattering on every skin tone. You can use it on the eyes, cheeks, and lips to create a cohesive and pretty look that you can wear for any occasion.

Here are some simple steps to create a pink monochromatic makeup look using just a few products:

  1. Start with a bronzer shade to add some definition to your face and eyes. Use a big bronzer/powder brush for your face and a fluffy eyeshadow brush for a seamless and light application.

  2. Add a wash of pink blush or eyeshadow to your cheeks and eyes. Use a pink blush/eyeshadow to add some colour to your cheeks. Apply the blush to your cheeks and apply the same colour on your eyes. Blend it all over the lid.

  3. Apply pink lip colour. Finish off the look by applying a pink colour to your lips. Choose a shade that complements your skin tone and the rest of your makeup. You can also use a cream blush on the lips as lipstick.

By using just a few products, you can create a cohesive and fun monochromatic makeup look that's perfect for any occasion. Don't be afraid to experiment with different shades of pink to find the ones that work best for you.
